Update v 0.07(!)

New functionality:

1. Added enemies health bar

2. Score table by Tab/Right special gamepad button

3. Console command 'name' to set player name

Fixed bugs:

1. Invulnerability after death bug

2. Knifes are not spawned in a map. All weapons spawned after death (+belt weapon)

3. Speed decreased from 600-1200 (x2 sprint) to 500-750 (x1.5 sprint)
